Educated at Stoneham School in Reading, Richard joined NatWest Bank where he worked his way through the various departments of the banking world in various Kent locations before focusing on Financial Services providing financial advice to NatWest clients. In 1993 Richard was involved in the launch of NatWest Life, a new NatWest in-house insurance company.

In1996 Richard set up his own Independent Financial Adviser practice. He and a colleague from the bank decided they wanted to be able to give a more personal and specialised service to clients and this philosophy helped them grow a successful practice which eventually became MMP Financial Planning Ltd in 2014.

He is married with three daughters and his sports are Golf and football.

Rob studied ‘A’ levels at Dane Court Grammar School in Broadstairs and on completion travelled across Australia for 6 months. Rob always wanted to work in the financial sector and made the move in 2012 where he joined an investment firm in London.

Having gained valuable experience in the financial industry, Rob began his career with MMP Financial Planning in September 2014 as a para-planner and has since progressed on to complete his Certificate in Mortgage Advice and has recently also completed his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning to obtain the status as an Independent Financial Adviser. 

Rob enjoys playing most sports, with his main hobby being golf, in which he has been a loyal member at North Foreland Golf Club for a number of years.

Kelly comes to us after working in both the travel and insurance industry and is now currently studying for her qualification in mortgages.

She has a keen interest in travel and staying fit and healthy and is a regular at the gym.

She is also a big football fan and is dedicated to her team Tottenham Hotspur.
